    This seems to be an issue that started happening recently. Microsoft is investing this issue. And it should be fixed soon. So give it some time and try again.

    For admin, you can check the Service health in M365 admin center for issue EX610644 if there it is: https://portal.office.com/adminportal/home?#/servicehealth/:/alerts/EX610644
