Visio Wizard to create an org chart from excel information

I am using Visio to create an org chart to synchronize with excel. Excel is not complete just headings are in, I'm at the end of Visio wizard and it is asking for "employee at top of page" I don't have one yet... and it will not bypass this. I tried to put an employee in and it still will no take it.
