Hello,

I'm trying to access a domain registered through Azure. I've seen the posts indicating that the Advanced Management Portal is now located at https://dcc.secureserver.net/domains which is fine. However, I don't know my user ID and password for this site. When I use the "Forgot username" with my Azure user's email I do not receive any email. I'm a Global Administrator on the Azure account. How should I go about getting access to the Advanced Management Portal page?

@Jason Donnell We have verified that the Advanced Management Portal was deprecated 5 patches ago as it was a legacy feature. You did not mention what you are trying to accomplish with your domain, but the two main features of the legacy portal were to manage the DNS and transfer the domain. The proper way to manage your DNS for your domain is via Azure DNS going forward. From the Overview page, select Manage DNS records.

Screenshot that shows where to access the DNS records.

In regard to transferring your domain, you can accomplish it using what's listed here and here.

We believe this should answer your question. As a result, would you consider accepting this as the answer or providing a new, positive survey? Our team operates on these signals and knowing that we were able to answer your questions would help my team and myself. Thank you for your time.

@Jason Donnell We do allow the addition of new nameservers (although I am not aware of a way to edit the existing nameservers). Would adding a new nameserver satisfy Cloudflare's requirements?

If so, please follow via the below screenshots:

    1. Select the 'Manage DNS records' button on the overview section of your App Service Domain

    1. On the next page, you should be able to see your DNS records. One of those records should be an NS record. Under the value, you should see the four default Azure nameservers. Click this row and it should open a new page.

    1. On this new page, you should see a section to add additional name servers. Can you please attempt to place Cloudflare's nameservers into here?
