Unable to deploy new model, the deploy button is in an unclickable state, but I am the service owner and truely have full permissions.

I can't click the 'deploy' button, but from the 'view my access' page we can find that my account is the service owner with cognitive services related accesses

    @Renxiang Li Could you try to remove the OpenAI related roles or at least the "Cognitive Services OpenAI User" role and check if it works? Since you are the owner of the subscription, you should not need any other roles.
