Do Teams Meeting Registration Links Expire?

My team has created meetings with registration links to hold training sessions for external users. Now it seems the registration links have stopped working for all upcoming sessions. Is there an expiration date on the registration link, similar to the Phone Conference ID? I have been unable to confirm this information by searching and need to understand how to re-enable the registration links for additional attendees to register. Cancelling and recreating is not an option as the links have been shared and many people have already registered. The URL to join the meeting is working - the issue is with the registration link for external users to register for the meeting.
