Could you please tell me:
Are other users in the organization having the same problem?
Does the web client have the same problem?
Is there an approve button in the approval email?
Please try the following methods:
- Please make sure that the approval sender does not use Custom responses. Enabling Custom responses allows the approval sender to customize the reply method of approval (probably Yes instead of Approve).
- Please uninstall the approval app in Teams and install it again.
- Clear the Teams cache and restart.
