Connect VMM 2022 Console from my laptop

I am trying to run the VMM 2202 Console from my Win11 laptop which is not in the same domain as the VMM server. When I try to connect, I get the following error:

You cannot access Virtual Machine Manager server scvmm.domain.com.

Contact the Virtual Machine Manager administrator to verify that your account is a member of a valid user role and then try the operation again.

    Hi,

    To connect to a VMM server from a different domain than the VMM server, you need to use the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of the server in the connection settings.

    runas /user:domain\username "C:\Program Files\Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager\bin\VmmAdmin.exe"

Enter password when prompted.

This should let you run Console as a different credential.
