    Fine-tuning has been disabled for new customers across all regions. This is currently restricted due to capacity constraints.

    Prompt engineering may be able to help you get what you want, and is preferred over fine-tuning.

    If you do want fine-tuning, make sure to keep an eye out on Azure Updates and the model page.
