You can resolve this error by taking one of the following steps:
- Certain Azure regions require customers to go through a request process in order to gain access. To request access to these regions, you may open a support request and work with our Support team to discuss or enable access: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/azure/general/region-access-request-process
- You can also use Azure Chart to Live visual exploration environment for Azure Cloud + ecosystem https://azurecharts.com/regions
- Check availability of the resource type in Azure regions on the Products available by region page. If the resource type isn't available in a certain region, You can select the near by region (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-in/explore/global-infrastructure/geographies/#overview )

Azure resource groups are specific to Azure regions. But resources in a resource group often span multiple regions. In a regional failure, control plane operations against a resource group fail in the affected region, but the resources in other regions in that resource group continue to operate
