Move to the Settings in your system and click on Update & Security.
From the left panel, click on Troubleshoot.
Select the View all option and “click” on Video Playback.
Click on Next and proceed as per instructions.

I'm wondering why the playback slider stops in the preview window of the Windows 10 video editor instead of going to the end of the video. It's the same if you put a photo or video in it and play it. Please let us know your solution.
