Could you please assist me in troubleshooting the Universal Print issue?
I have configured the printer "Color LaserJet Pro MFP M183fw" using the "Universal Print Connector" and successfully registered it in Azure.
Here is the current status:
- Under Azure -> Universal Print, I can see that the printer is successfully registered.
- In the Overview section, the printer status is displayed as "Ready," and it is set to accept jobs ("Yes").
- I have installed this printer locally on a Microsoft Windows 10 Business system (version 10.0.19045, Microsoft 365 Business premium licence and Hybrid Azure AD joined device) using a USB cable.
- The printer is connected to the internet and has been assigned an IP address.
However, when I attempted a test print, it showed as successful in Azure -> Universal Print ->
