Find a Teams meeting in Teams Admin Center based on meeting or CallID (no user connected only devices)

Occasionally we have Teams Meetings on our Tenant where only 3rd Party Video Conferencing Units are connecting to via a CVI solution. We have a reporting of these calls on the VC side (Time, Dial-String containing MeetingID, CallID).

In order to troubleshoot and understand what devices were connected to such a meeting, I would like to find the Teams Meeting Details by using the Meeting ID (which is also the dial-string) in the Teams Administration - but I don't know how to do that.

I am aware how to find the meetings if a user was connected to it, but in these instances no user was connected but only SIP devices and thus I can not lookup the "Meeting Details" in the Manage User tab.

Is there any way to pull a report / detail using either the meeting ID or CallID either in the Teams Admin Center or by PS?

    Hi @Alex Sennhauser

Currently, the Teams admin center only provides the query of meeting details based on the user, but not through the device. And there is no field for device usage in the meeting details.

To get this feature more quickly, you can send a feedback directly to Microsoft to add it in future updates.

Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.

Thanks for your understanding and support.
