How to eliminate my credit card from my account

Question

I have created my account in order to test Azure services, but I'm totally sure I don't want to use any paid service, neither now neither 12 months after my subscription. I want to just DELETE my credit card from my Azure profile and I don't want Azure, Microsoft or third party organizations to store any information about my credit card number. I can't find any option in my panel to delete that info, how can I remove it definitively?
