I created an Azure Open AI Resource and went to the Azure Open AI studio to create a gpt-35-turbo deployment. I then continued to add my own data in the Assistant setup.
But I keep on getting this issue:
"The API deployment for this resource does not exist. If you created the deployment within the last 5 minutes, please wait a moment and try again."
I slept for 8 hours and woke up and still get the same issue. What is happening???
@Ziggy Zulueta Thanks for adding your response. I also noticed that if any networking limitations are added on Azure OpenAI resource, then the deployments would be available in the applicable networks.
What do mean by adding networking limitations?
@Ziggy Zulueta I meant configuring the OpenAI resource networking from the Azure portal. Like all Azure cognitive services, you can configure it to be available only in certain regions.
The issue seems to be related to the region where the Azure Open AI resource is deployed. The issue persists in EAST US but not in Europe where I created a new instance
