I saw command switch parameters such as setup.exe -- uninstall -- system level -- verbose logging -- force uninstall on the network. But I use setup -- help or setup/? I won't see any help instructions. Where can I see the official information?

Currently, you cannot uninstall Edge. It is the default web browser and an essential component of the operating system. As mentioned in this Q&A:
