No, it isn't possible to upgrade any desktop operating system to windows server.

Hi,
No it's not possible to upgrade a client operating system version to a server version.
If you want install a server to perform some test , you can install Hyper-v in Windows 10 and create new virtual machine to install the server operation system.

No, you cannot perform in-place upgrade from client's OS to server's OS.
