sharepoint 2019 locked files

Hello.

After editing (I edit through the online office server) I can’t delete the Word or Excel file because the file is locked, at this moment the file is closed for everyone.

I have a strange situation.

I work with sharepoint 2019.

There are three usera, useb, userc

There is a document library (docs_all) The three users listed above are given full rights to the document library docs_all.

scenario 1.

I create a Word file (document.docx) by the usera, write something to this file, close the file and try to delete it immediately, I get an error: the file is currently checked out or locked for editing another user.

scenario 2.

I create a Word file (document1.docs) by the userb. I write something to the file, in parallel I open this file for editing by the user usera I write something to the file.

I close document1 for the user userc and open it for editing, I see a message that userc is also editing the document.

I click in the browser (Chrome) for the user userc to refresh the page, go to online editing mode and see that now two users userc are editing document1.

I go to the user usera I refresh the page (in the edge browser) I see a notification that several userc are editing the docuemt1.docx.

go to user userb open document1 for editing I see that several users userc edit document1 and user usera.

Then I update the pages several times for all three users, switch to edit mode and see that a certain number of users userc and userb are editing the document1, but the user usera is not among them.

I want online co-editing of documents and, if necessary, delete or rename documents
