Hey guys!

I'm trying to change the coexistence mode between Teams and Skype so that members of my organization who are still using Skype can communicate with the new members who only have access to Teams.

But when trying to change modes, I am blocked by the following message:

admin painel teams error

When trying to send a message from teams to skype I get the following error:

(my teams is in the pt-br language)

"We ran into a problem sending your message. Please share diagnostic code 504/1008 with your admin to help them troubleshoot the issue."

teams error

When trying to send a skype message to teams I don't have any error return from skype, but the message doesn't reach the destination.

    @Luiz Felipe

    As far as I know, once we finished upgrading to Teams only, we can’t revert it back.

    I found one similar feature “ Teams External Access” and consider you may try enabling it to see if it meets your need:
