- Please verify that Windows 11 computer objects and AD Users who are login to this PCs are placed in Right OU and Right Security Group.
- Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
- Review or check any GPO settings which prevents Users to login or prevents Apps opening.
- Try to re-create a new User profile on Windows 11 and see if it works.
