To download your AZ-900 certification scorecard, you can follow these steps:

1. Visit the Microsoft Certification Dashboard: Go to the Microsoft Certification Dashboard by navigating to the following link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx.
2. Sign in to your Microsoft account: Sign in to your Microsoft account that is associated with your AZ-900 certification.
3. Access your certifications: Once you're signed in, you should see a list of your certifications. Locate the AZ-900 certification in the list.
4. View scorecard: Click on the AZ-900 certification to view more details.
5. Download scorecard: Look for an option or button that allows you to download or print your scorecard. It may be labeled as "Download scorecard" or "Print scorecard." Click on that option, and it should prompt you to save the scorecard as a PDF file.
6. Save the scorecard: Choose a location on your computer where you want to save the scorecard PDF file, and click "Save" to download it.

Note: you should use the same account which you have used for taking the certification exam.

To download your any Microsoft certification scorecard, you can follow these steps:

• open the Microsoft Certification Dashboard: Go to the Microsoft Certification Dashboard by
  using the below link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx you can click on the credentials menu and open that page
  .
• Next click on certifications and it will show you all the certifications you have done and click on the view details on provider site.
• It will be redirected to Pearson vue page there you need click on the view score reports
• In these you can are able to see all the passed and failed certifications like below image you can download any scorecard from that. (Note: please use the same email id which is used for scheduling the exam)

After signing in at step 2 - I do not see the certifications link
