Hello team,

I bought before 2 weeks a new Dell Latitude laptop and Microsoft Office 2021 for Bussines.

The issue is that when I tried to insert current date & time with Ctrl + ; & Ctrl + Shift + ; nonthing happened like keyboard doesn't work.

I will tried also an external keyboard but the problem is still remain.

I attach the version of Excel.

I have Windows 11 Pro GR and Region & Location is in Greek.

Do you have any idea about this issue?

    Hi,

You can try a few things to fix the issue:

    1. Verify that your regional settings have the date and time format set correctly. You can change the date and time formats in Windows 11 by going to Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time > Change.
    2. Make sure Microsoft Excel is updated and has the most recent patches installed.
    3. Make sure your computer's keyboard language settings match the language on your actual keyboard. Some keys or shortcuts may behave differently on some keyboard layouts than others. Go to Settings > Time & Language > Language to check the keyboard language settings.

    Best Regards.

    Hi @Giannis Veis,

Also have a try to use a different keyboard. And if you format the cells to "Date" or "Time" type, will this issue be fixed?

    Hello to all,

The settings are correct and the problem resolved by downloaded SP3 and the keys are CTRL + Q (for date) & CTRL + SHIFT + Q (for the time).

Thanks a lot for your help

    Best regards
