I'm trying to work through some training exercises and I need to install the "Galactic" Database. I'm using SQL Server:

Where can I download the .bak file that I can restore?

It's not the "little" Express Edition, but the "big" Developer Edition, which supports all existing features.

This is the link provided in my book (SSRS 2016). I was thrown off because in the instructions it screams at you that this will ONLY work with SS2016! However, it loads up just fine in SS2019 Express ;)
