Bios menu not opening

When i open the bios menu using the method from settings and the f2 key, if just shows this picture all the time, my laptop is ideapad gaming 3 4800h 1650ti, im trying to enable Secure boot.

You may also try an external keyboard for the same.

Step 2: Under the Recovery window, click Restart now.
Step 3: Click Troubleshoot > Advanced options > UEFI Firmware Settings.
Step 4: Click Restart and your PC can go to BIOS.
