Microsoft certification voucher

Hi ,

I recieved a voucher to schedule an exam for microsoft exam from my organization .I scheduled exam for SC 100 on 28th june 2023 but due to technical issue with pearson vue I was unable to complete my exam. I have raised a case with pearson vue ,they cancelled my exam on 30th june and ask to reschedule with voucher but unfortunately i was not able to reschedule my exam as voucher was valid till 30th june 2023 .could you please help to reschedule the exam
