Verification for my University account isn't working.

When I try to log into my University account the usual authenticator message pops up asking me to enter the number shown into the app. When I do the app just loads continuously until the request for the sign in times out. I have updated the app but this still happens.

    You may need to ask the school admins to reset the account.

    To turn two-step verification on or off: Go to Security settings and sign in with your Microsoft account. Under the Two-step verification section, choose Set up two-step verification to turn it on, or choose Turn off two-step verification to turn it off.
