Azure OpenAI - GPT 4 Gone. Why?

I applied for GPT-4 access using the form https://aka.ms/oai/get-gpt4, then one day I saw I have access to GPT-4 in the deployments. (Good thing I was screen recording).

But then when I actually wanted deploy it, it's gone. I don't see it anymore in the list.

one day I saw I have access to GPT-4 in the deployments. But then when I actually wanted deploy it, it's gone. I don't see it anymore in the list.

I understand that you were able to see it but not able to deploy now.

Could you confirm now if you are able to see GPT-4 model list under Models tab?

When did you apply for access? Have you received any confirmation for GPT-4 access for your account or subscription?

If you have applied and got approved, you should be able to see the GPT-4 preview models in the Azure OpenAI studio under deploy models like mentioned in the screenshot.

Also, Please add maccount@microsoft.com and csgate@microsoft.com to your Safe Senders list to ensure you receive all correspondence pertaining to your registration, including a verification email from Microsoft Vetting Service.

I do not see it under Models tab. I applied for this around a month ago. I also do not see a mail confirming the access.

It's pretty clear now that I do not have access to GPT-4 models. I was curious why It was shown in the portal. :)

Can you please let me know how long it can take for providing access to GPT-4 models?

Also, I'm an MVP and I'm trying to get GPT-4 access to my MVP sponsorship subscription. I used the company name that I'm currently working for as the organization name in the form. Could that be the reason why I still haven't received it?

Can you please let me know how long it can take for providing access to GPT-4 models?

AFAIK, The only to check if your request is processed is to raise a support case from azure portal with your application and subscription id to get status of your application.

Since this access is granted after a waitlist the timeline to provide access may vary. You could also write to the email id csgate@microsoft.com which is mentioned in the original request to check if your request is still in process.

Just to confirm, Did you use the same email id and subscription while registering for both Azure Open AI and GPT-4 access? If you have submitted with a personal email address (e.g. gmail.com, hotmail.com, outlook.com, etc.) will NOT be accepted.
