- At which step did this error occur? When you select New Incoming Connection, then the error message will occur? Please clarify more details to help us understand your issue better.
- Have you checked Routing and remote access services? Could you restart the service and then see if the issue still occurs?
- Also check the following registry path to see if there is an expandable string value named ServiceDLL here. If not, in the right-pane, create an expandable string value named ServiceDLL. Double-click ServiceDLL and set its data as follows: %SystemRoot%\System32\mprdim.dll
Exit the Registry Editor, then see if you could start the Routing and Remote Access Service
