I am trying out the new Outlook, and I want to change the order of email adresses shown in my list. The drag & drop function for sorting seems to be gone with the new version... and I don't see any option in settings either. Does anyone have a clue how to do it?

Also, is there a way to show all received emails in one single folder, not just for one email account?

    Hi @Knuttunk 55 ,

    Welcome to our forum!

Based on my test in New Outlook for Windows, i cannot change the order of the email accounts, which is the same result as yours. I'm afraid that it's not available in New Outlook for Windows.

Please kindly understand that many functions are not designed at present. At present, what I can do for you is to submit feedback for your request and I have post here, and you could vote for it. If you have any suggestions or ideas, It's suggested that you could post here. Hope Microsoft will notice this in the future. Thank you for your understanding and support!

As i know, we cannot show emails of all account in one folder. As a workaround, we can add all Inbox folder to Favorites to check emails better.

    Hope the above help!
