Dear Team,

I was using Microsoft Azure Portal for last one month for free. I wasn't aware about upgradation the subscription before getting expired. Now as I upgraded my subscription and tried to login in the Azure Portal, I got "We couldn't sign you in. Please try again." error and I have tried many times but failed. I also have attached a screenshot of the error i.e. Login Error.png .

Kindly check and help me to fix this issue.

    Hello Himanshu,

Thank you for your question and for reaching out with your question today.

I can provide you with some general troubleshooting steps to try:

Clear your browser cache: Sometimes, cached data can interfere with the login process. Clear your browser cache, cookies, and temporary files, then try signing in again.

Use a different browser or private browsing mode: Try accessing the Azure Portal using a different web browser or by opening a private browsing window. This can help identify if the issue is browser-related.

Check your Azure account status: Ensure that your upgraded subscription is active and in good standing. Log in to the Azure Account Portal (https://account.azure.com) using your Microsoft account associated with Azure, and verify the status of your subscription.

Reset your Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) password: If you are using a Microsoft account to sign in, you can reset your password by visiting the Microsoft account recovery page (https://account.live.com/password/reset).

Contact Azure support: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it's recommended to contact Azure support for further assistance. They have the necessary tools and resources to investigate and resolve account-related issues.

To reach Azure support, log in to the Azure Account Portal (https://account.azure.com), navigate to the Help + support section, and follow the prompts to create a support request or initiate a chat or call with Microsoft support.

Remember to provide them with as much relevant information as possible, including any error messages or details about the issue you are facing. They will be able to guide you through the troubleshooting process and help resolve the login problem.

I used AI provided by ChatGPT to formulate part of this response. I have verified that the information is accurate before sharing it with you.
