タスクスケジューラの起動を管理者権限のユーザーのみが起動できるようにするにはどうすればよいでしょうか？

Windows Server 2016 Datacenter Editionにおいて、タスクスケジューラが起動できるのは、管理者権限のユーザーのみにするにはどうすればよいでしょうか？

OS：Windows Server 2016 Datacenter Edition

質問：一般のユーザー権限のアカウントが、「taskschd.msc」をダブルクリックやコントロールパネル等から、タスクスケジューラを起動しようとすると、管理者権限のUACが表示されたり、エラーで起動出来ないようにするにはどうすればよいでしょうか？

Thank you for your question and reaching out.

The option to Change User or Group will be present if Task Scheduler is run in administrative mode. after that you can configure the task to execute as a non-privileged group there.
