Office 365 Developer SMS Validation

I've tried to sign up for the developer program multiple times but failed to go beyond SMS validation.

Previously I've tried numerous times using my three phone numbers but received something similar to the following message.

We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason:

  • We have already sent a code to this number. Please try again later.

MS-CorrelationId: 00000000-3f14-4f5e-8a77-eef117647494

Code: 40904

Then after looking around your forums, it said you should use a phone number that you had not used for any other services before, so I decided to purchase a new SIM, just to complete the validation process but waited for 3 mins and didn't receive the code and when asked to resend, I received the above error message.

I have to state that, all my phone numbers worked when trying to get a new Outlook mail, as I tried that avenue as well. It does not work only with the Dev program. For this one too, I signed up for a new Outlook mail just to isolate the issue. So, I can confirm, that it didn't work with a brand-new email and a brand-new phone number.

It is clear there is an issue with this validation. Please, be kind enough to rectify this asap as I need to check something before going ahead with your services.

Thank you,

Kind Regards,Dushan
