cannot access Office 365 admin screen

Question

We had purchased our office 365 account via godaddy and have been using it for a while.

However I have an issue - when I try to access admin.microsoft.com, it keeps redirecting me to productivity.godaddy.com. This means I have no option to add users and assign licenses via admin.micorosoft.com. I know the issue is with the federated access via godaddy etc. But is there a way I can access the admin portal somehow?

On godaddy community it says that they have no plans to move out of the federated model. And migrating from godaddy office 365 to Microsoft office 365 is not an easy move. And hours of calls with godaddy have got me nowhere.

Nothing you can do here, they use their own "flavor" of O365 and you have to work withing the boundaries of what they offer. Or migrate to the global multi-tenant instance.
