Murugappan Greetings!

We are getting "Error Internal server error | Apim-request-id: <<id>>" in all our OpenAI resource in the playground. I am facing this issue since 1 hour ago.

Are you still seeing this issue?

Could you please share the region in which your service is deployed? Have you checked Azure Service Health in the Azure portal or found any logs related to this?

This could be a transient failure If you encounter a 500 Internal Server error, retrying the request after a short period of time will resolve the error.

We are also checking on this issue internally and update you as earliest.

Appreciate your time and patience.

Update:

There was a transient failure in East US, caused by the gateway with authentication issue. Our team has fixed the issue immediately. Please try again and let us know if you are still seeing the same.
