I am having my Work and University organization connected to my main account and I am trying to remove them
The work email is asking me to remove my Liscne but I don't have permission and I left my old job

According to the description of your problem, you can try the following steps:
Go to https://myaccount.microsoft.com and sign in > Organizations > View and manage the organizations you belong to.
Organizations > Other organizations you collaborate with > Find the organization that you want to leave > Leave
If you select Leave for an organization but you see the following message, it means you’ll need to contact the organization's admin, or privacy contact and ask them to remove you from their organization.
