How to remove accounts from my Microsoft Teams

Hello

I facing an issue that I have two other accounts on my Microsft Teams

I am having my Work and University organization connected to my main account and I am trying to remove them
The work email is asking me to remove my Liscne but I don't have permission and I left my old job

and I have no contact with my university to ask them to disconnect and I have no permission to do that from my end
Please advise.

    According to the description of your problem, you can try the following steps:

    1. View what organizations do you belong to.

    Go to https://myaccount.microsoft.com and sign in > Organizations > View and manage the organizations you belong to.111

    1. Leave organization

    Organizations > Other organizations you collaborate with > Find the organization that you want to leave > Leave

    If you select Leave for an organization but you see the following message, it means you’ll need to contact the organization's admin, or privacy contact and ask them to remove you from their organization.
