Sql Server 2019 Express edition, anyone know that any different Service pack or Cumulative Update.
I have recently installed Sql Server 2019 Express edition and see regular latest CU21 for 2019 (15.0.4316.3 - June 2023) update from the website but little confused that any special CU or SP for Sql Express?

No, all services pack and cumulative updates applies to all SQL Server Editions, there are no differences.
In addition: Service Packs are a thing of the past. Starting with SQL 2017 there are no Service Packs, only CUs.
