I can login to EWS on the client but not on the server.

Hi
I tried login to EWS(Virtual directory URL set in ECP) on the client PC
and It succeeded in logging in.
I tried login to EWS on the Exchange Server
and it failed in logging in
what is the problem?
used same account, same browser, Verify that i connected to the server with IISlog(set hosts file)

- What version of Exchange Server is in your environment? How many are there?
- What is the result of running this command? Are the URLs of internal and external consistent?
Get-WebServicesVirtualDirectory | fl server, Name, *URL*, *auth*, MRSProxyEnabled - When EWS access fails, is the relevant error message logged in the IIS log?
- In addition, please refer to the following URLs to connect to EWS to see how it results?

Just The page of the Virtual URL is connected, but NTLM is not access.
Why is it possible on the client and not on the server when accessing the same thing?
