Unable to expand group - M365 group via outlook web

Hi all, I am unable to expand M365 groups anymore, I can do it via the outlook app but not Web any ideas?

Hi @AB123 ,

Regarding your issue, since it is only occurred in OWA, you can try the following suggestions:

Clear the web browser cache then reboard again, or try another browser.
Check if there is any Address Book Policy listed in Exchange Admin Center. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/troubleshoot/administration/cannot-browse-groups-in-owa
Also kindly check if other users in your organizations are facing this issue or not.

If the issue still exists, please verify if there are any alerts in M365 Admin center and kindly provide more information.

Hi,

Still doesnt work with clearing cache or different browser

All groups are visable and disribution groups can be expanded just not office 365 groups / teams groups which wasnt the case before (no changes have been made from our IT team)

affecting all org

Admin centre has no known issues regarding this.

Any ideas?

Thanks for your reply. For further troubleshooting, still need more information.

So, please clarify if the issue occurred with All O365 groups, whether a large number of members are present in the affected groups.

When you click expand, is there any error message?

If there is anything update, please feel free to let us know.

There is no error message and yes doesnt matter if the O365 group is large or has 5 members in
