Trying to use Face comparison using Cognitive Services

I'm trying to use Face comparison using Cognitive Services, I complete the info and I got an email where Azure team ask me about info from Microsoft Partner Center. I already sent the info via email but I got not answer

I have no ticket number, I sent the email with the info to Csgate@microsoft.com
