I am trying to make a spell checker app that can replace text on Word for MacOS.
There is a function exposed for the accessibility feature which is AXUIElementSetAttributeValue
It doesn't work on Word although the function returns a success state. No errors just the text doesn't change. Other apps like Safari, Notes, and Calendar work just fine.
On Accessibility Inspector it says:
Inspected Element: Page 1 content, disabled, <content...>
How to enable text edit accessibility for Word on MacOS?
