bitlocker pin key not workinng all of sudden. Giving user recovery key from the key backup file to work on recovery is not working as well. (error message is you cant use this key to unlock.)
is there anything can be done here to get that bitlocker unlock?

If you ensured the key is typed correctly (and the IDs match), then it's a local bug or data corruption. In that case, mount the drive on another computer that has booted into windows 10 or 11 and use the recovery key there. I hope that makes a difference.
Finally get touch on user' s SSD and run manage-bde...it looks like bitlocker crash. thanks for your comment.
