Looker not visible under data integration for Viva Goals

Question

Hi,

I can't see Looker under data integration for Viva Goals. How can I add/access Looker data integration in UKG MS Teams? To whom should I contact? Is it a paid integration? From the MS Teams documentation, it seems that it should be available by default.

Kindly resolve the issue ASAP as I'm blocked due to it. Thanks.

According to your description, i notice that you want to enable Looker integration. Please scroll through the list until you reach Looker. Select Enable (or select Manage if a connection was previously made) in Viva Goals admin. More information: How to enable Looker integration.
