Install application from unknown source

Dears,

I am trying to install an APK file manually on my MDM Android device but after the installation has been finished successfully the application disappeared for no reason.

any advice, please?

I have allowed the installation from an unknown source under the application & the personal profile settings.

To know our issue better, please collect the following information:

What enrollment method we use to enroll the Android device?

For the application, if we install before the device enroll, will the application disappear?

If we set to trust unknown source, will the result be different:

How did we configure the setting on policy, please get a screen shot.
