    Hello @Noriko

There could be several reasons why the shortcut icon for AVD multisession disappeared from your desktop. Here are a few probable causes:

The shortcut was accidentally deleted: It is possible that the shortcut was deleted by mistake. You can check the Recycle Bin to see if the shortcut is there. If it is, you can restore it to your desktop.

The shortcut was moved to a different location: It is possible that the shortcut was moved to a different location on your computer. You can use the search function in Windows to look for the shortcut.

The shortcut was removed by a software update: It is possible that a software update removed the shortcut from your desktop. You can check the release notes for the latest update to see if this is the case.

The shortcut was removed by a group policy: It is possible that a group policy was applied to your computer that removed the shortcut from your desktop. You can check with your IT department to see if this is the case.

If none of these solutions work, you can try creating a new shortcut for AVD multisession and placing it on your desktop. To do this, you can search for the AVD multisession application in the Start menu, right-click on it, and select "Create shortcut." You can then drag the shortcut to your desktop.

If this does answer your question, please accept it as the answer as a token of appreciation.
