How to fix start menu in Windows 11 after domain join.

I have had several New Windows 11 machines that do this and we're tired of rolling them back to Windows 10. After joining them to our internal domain we lose access to the Start Menu and Search box. In addition, we get an error when trying to access the Network and Sharing center or "Settings Page".

We are having the same issue with Windows 11 connected to the domain, but when we tried to use windows 10 the issue with start menu and taskbar are not there.

This issue can occur if the domain user account does not have the necessary permissions to access these features. You can try the following steps to resolve this issue:Check if the domain user account has the necessary permissions to access these features.

Try running the following command in an elevated command prompt: sfc /scannow. This will scan your system files and repair any corrupted files.

Try running the following command in an elevated command prompt: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth. This will repair any corrupted system files.

If none of these steps work, you can try joining Windows 11 to a local domain using PowerShell or Command Prompt.

I tried the sfc /scannow and the DISM commands with no success. I have already joined my domain, so not sure what the Powershell or command prompt will get me.

This problem is like a pandemic.
I'm an IT professional with 30 years of experience and I am very angry right now.
Lately I've had more problems with Microsoft and their Wack-a-mole approach to software development than I've ever had with viruses.

I shouldn't HAVE to runsfc /scannow or DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth or try joining Windows 11 to a local domain using PowerShell or Command Prompt<<<<

Recent experience tells me that this may well repair any corrupted system files (ON A COMPUTER RUNNING AN OPERATING SYSTEM BASED ON AN ISO I HAVE DOWNLOADED MULTIPLE TIMES DIRECT FROM MICROSOFT), but it won't fix the problem.
I've tried multiple installations, nuking the computers back to the Stoneage and starting again, both 23H2 and 24H2, and I get the same problem.
It's not even as if this latest problem computer is unsupported hardware - its a Microsoft Surface that came with Windows 11 Professional! You'd think nothing could go wrorg in that scenario, wouldn't you?
Microsoft seem so obsessed with collecting telemetry and forcing advertising and reminders about the XBox and other useless carp on users, that they've forgotten to do their job properly in the first place and build a stable platform, and they have the gall to force us to use Windows 11 from October when we already have a (fairly sorted) working operating system in Windows 10!
And the worst thing is:
I'm not the only person ranting about how rubbish WIndows 11 is and MIcrosoft has done absolutely nothing useful that addresses the problem.
