How to fix start menu in Windows 11 after domain join.

I have had several New Windows 11 machines that do this and we're tired of rolling them back to Windows 10. After joining them to our internal domain we lose access to the Start Menu and Search box. In addition, we get an error when trying to access the Network and Sharing center or "Settings Page".
