How to find needed windows update package on catalog website?

I have some questions about windows update catalog[1].

1.How to search suitable windows update package on it?For example,if I want to find all updates for Win11(22H2),What I should search?Could you give me some advice about the search keywords?

2.Do I need to install all updates to the OS?Or only install latest updates?

3.Seems this website does not have Windows server 2022?How to find updates for Windows server 2022 on this website?

    There you look for Step 2: Search for updates from the Windows Update Catalog

    No, you don't need to install all the updates. You may configure your system's settings accordingly.

    Win Server 2022 updates reference is also there:
