Internal server error while composing models in Form Recognizer

When I try to compose 15 models into one, I get this error message

InternalServerError__

An unexpected error occurred. Please submit support request with apim-request-id shown below to get further assistance.
apim-request-id: 0fcac582-9a95-4f11-bb56-197aab1278a0

but if I compose only 2 out of these 15, it works

    Or it might be a temporary error.
