Estou enfrentando o seguinte problema, possuo uma instância na AWS, Windows Server 2022, e ao tentar acessar o site do E-CAC/Orquestra Inmetro, sites gov.br, retorna o erro " 403 Forbidden Request forbidden by administrative rules."
Já verifiquei as regras de Firewall da instância, e o problema persiste.
Notei que isso ocorre apenas no Windows Server em Cloud (AWS), pois subi um em meu ambiente interno de virtualização e consegui fazer o acesso normal, alguém pode me ajudar ?
