Intermittent issues with access to shared docs where I am listed as a shared contributor, makes me request access, can not work effectively/efficiently, requires other colleagues to issue access multiple times

only one user was facing this issue.

    Hi @Kallagunta Nag,

    Thank you for your reply.You could have the site administrator (the person with full control) check the user's permissions on the document.

    Here are the steps:

    1.Select the document and click manage access->advanced settings.

    2.Enter the name of the user and check the user's permission level for the document.

    If the problem persists, try the following troubleshooting:

    1.Clear browser cache and let user open the document in browser mode.

    2.Please try to share another document to the user and give edit permission to check if the user can access this document.
