When will GPT-3.5-turbo-0613 be available in west europe , when function calls will be supported ?

so far it is availble only in East US, France Central, UK South.

Thanks for reaching out to us, as the product team updated - there is no ETA for GPT-3.5-turbo-0613 be available in West Europe as for the near future. But I have already forwarded your feedback and request for product team to review.
