is Oracle database bounce required for change in HOST CACHING ?

we are changing the HDD tyep from standard to premium, oracle services are running on the Azure VM,

do we required to take the oracle servies restart.

please help for any reference or doc.

    It is possible to change disk type for your Azure Virtual Machine. However, conversion requires a restart of the virtual machine (VM). Because of this you will need to plan for downtime during this conversion. Information about this can be found here.
